Family History Centre Technical Help

These following 4 steps are given as a guide for diagnosing computer connection problems at a Family History Centre.

  • You will need access to a computer at the Family History Centre either in person or by using the Splashtop App.
  • Login to the PC with the Administrator account if possible.
